Good morning fellow Washingtonians! I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Wittenberg University and am very excited to work with you to meet your music goals! Whether it is learning to read and write music, compose, or learn about the theory or history of music, I am glad to guide you and help make your learning experience as positive as possible. If you wish to study the violin, that is my main instrument and I will design my lesson plans based on your individual learning style.
As a young violinist, I was often discouraged by teachers who only taught one way and were not willing to work with me to develop my own style and musical interests. With my flexibility and open-minded approach to musical instruction, I will guide you so that you can pursue what you want, not what I want. Looking forward to helping you find the musician you were made to be!
